New Staff Factory Training: Master Production of Stretch Film, Silage Net and Cling Wrap
On July 6, our company organized a full factory training session for new employees, covering the whole production flow of industrial stretch film, agricultural silage net and food cling film. Ⅰ. Raw Material & Formula Foundation Training
All three film products adopt LLDPE as the base raw material, yet differ greatly in additive formulas to match different usage demands. Trainers explained raw material selection criteria.
New staff learned to distinguish virgin vs recycled materials, identify qualified raw material batches, and understand how formula adjustments change finished film performance.
Ⅱ. Whole Production Line On-Site Observation & Machine Explanation
Trainees followed technical mentors to visit three independent production workshops, watching every production step from pellet feeding to finished rolling:
- Stretch Film Blown Film Line: Multi-layer co-extrusion equipment, temperature control parameters, automatic thickness calibration, slitting and rewinding process. Trainers demonstrated how to adjust stretch rate and tack strength to meet different pallet loading needs.
- Silage Net Extrusion & Drawing Workshop: Net wire extrusion, stretching shaping, rolling and packaging. Key technical points including UV resistance treatment and mesh density control for agricultural outdoor storage.
- Food Cling Film Production Line: Clean-grade production environment, precise thin-film extrusion, anti-fog additive mixing, food safety inspection before rolling.
Senior operators gave live demonstrations of daily machine operation, routine equipment maintenance and common minor fault troubleshooting, so new recruits can quickly coordinate with production teams after formal induction.
Ⅲ. Strict Quality Control Standard Learning

- Mechanical indicators: elongation rate, tensile strength, puncture resistance, cling force
- Appearance inspection: no crystal points, uniform thickness, clean surface without scratches
- Special testing: UV aging test for silage net, food safety migration test for cling film, load-bearing test for stretch film All defective judgment standards, sampling inspection rules and rework procedures were shared with new staff, to build a strict quality awareness from the start.
