  For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when we have received your deposit, and we have your final approval for your products.

• 2. How about the shipping fees?

  The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

• 3. Can you customize thickness, width, color?

  Yes. We support full customization including thickness, width, length, color, printing, slitting, and rewinding to match your equipment and packaging requirements.

• 4. Can I get free samples?

  Yes. We provide free standard samples for testing. Customers only need to bear the shipping cost.

• 5. How is the price calculated?

  Prices are based on raw material cost, specifications, order quantity, and production process. We offer competitive and transparent pricing.

• 6. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

  We have a standard MOQ for regular items. Samples and small trial orders are available upon request. Larger quantities enjoy more competitive pricing.
