Iranian Clients Visit Factory for Tape and Stretch Film Cooperation Inspection

Recently, two clients from Iran paid a special visit to our factory. They inspected the full production process of BOPP packing tape and industrial stretch wrap on site, and had face-to-face communication with our sales and technical team on product specifications, customization demands and long-term supply.

Workshop Tour: Witness Production Strength in Person

The client first walked into our standardized production workshop, and observed the entire production line from raw material feeding, coating & slitting to finished product inspection. Standing by the tape slitting machine, they asked in detail about equipment capacity, daily output and batch inspection standards, and also checked the width, thickness and surface smoothness of finished tape rolls in person.

Given the high summer temperatures and long cross-border overland transportation in Iran, the client paid special attention to adhesion retention and tensile stability under high-temperature conditions. We introduced the raw material selection and weather-resistant formula on site, and the client recognized our large-scale production capacity and standardized quality control system.

In-depth Meeting: Specifications & Solutions Discussed in Detail

After the workshop tour, both sides moved to the meeting room for further discussion. With various physical samples of tape and stretch film on the table, the client compared core parameters such as film thickness, stretch ratio and initial adhesion one by one, and put forward customization demands for color printed tape and machine-use high-stretch stretch film.

Combined with the application scenarios of logistics and construction materials industries in Iran, we provided suitable product selection suggestions, and gave clear replies to the client’s concerns about custom MOQ, delivery cycle and export logistics support. The communication was smooth and pleasant, and the client affirmed the cost-effectiveness and flexible customization capability of our factory.

Face-to-Face Communication Lays Foundation for Long-Term Cooperation

This on-site visit broke the limitations of online communication. The client confirmed our production scale, QC process and stock capacity in person. Both sides reached an initial cooperation intention on long-term export of tape and stretch film to Iran, and will move forward with sample testing and quotation quickly.
